One on One

One on One
Work on your game how you want to.  Our one on one sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each player.  We will be guided by you as you develop your foundation skills, skills specific to your position on court, footwork and fitness in an individualised setting.  

Up to four participants can participate in any one on one session.  It is your choice to come on your own or to bring one, two or three teammates with you to enhance the experience with access to a larger variety of drills.

Small Group Sessions

Available for experienced players 13 years and older who are looking to advance their basics skills and improve their fitness.  These sessions are tailored to representative players who aspire to progress along the player pathway.

Adult sessions 

These sessions cater to the adults who love the sport and want to advance their basic skills.  Sessions can be lower impact to help avoid injury.
