Per4orm Squad

Per4orm Squad runs during each of the four school terms, comprising of one physical session per week over the duration of the term.  The weekly sessions are led by our elite coaches with a focus on improving the individual through the provision of individualised feedback, fitness, position-specific and general skills and match play.

Per4orm S&C has been designed to provide netball specific strength and conditioning to young players wanting to physically prepare for the season ahead.

Per4orm Squad

• Ages 8years and older

• Focus: developing basic skills

• Friday morning 6.45-8am and Friday afternoon 4.30-5.45pm

• The same 9week program will run in the am and pm session times

• Cost: $200per term

Per4orm S&C

• Ages 12years and older

• Focus: developing strength and conditioning 

• Friday afternoon 6-7.15pm

• Cost: $250per term
