Super Sunday is your chance to ​enhance your game with a private session with either Abbey or Laura.  These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and have been developed as a way to fine tune your skills and learn how to train at intensity.

About Abbey​

​

Abbey is an Advanced Accredited Coach and is currently the QBE Swifts Academy Assistant Coach, Sutherland Stingrays U23s Head Coach, SSNA U13s Rep Coach. Abbey played for the NSW Swifts for 6 years, including the 2015 and 2016 Grand Finals and 2 years as captain.

About Laura 

​

Laura is an Intermediate Accredited Coach and is currently a player for QBE Swifts Academy and Sutherland Stingrays Opens Team. Laura is still working hard herself as she chases her goal of playing Suncorp Super Netball. Laura is also coaching the SSNA U13s Rep Team.
